Business Operations
- Logistics Support (Travel, meeting coordination, shipping, company retreat planning, etc.)
- Expense Management
- Business Insurance (Analysis, selection, and renewal)
- Records Management (DocuSign initiation, organizing, and pruning)
- Acquisition Integration
- Office/Real Estate Management (Site selection, management, and procurement)
People Processes
- Compliance & Legal (Offer letters, award letters, Employee Handbook, etc. working with corporate counsel, as required)
- Benefits Management (Selection, administration, and questions)
- Onboarding (Background checks, documents, and equipment)
- Training
- Performance Management
- Compensation Management
Requirements
● Minimum 2-4 years working in a jack/jill-of-all-trades capacity with team members you did not manage directly
● Experience working on traditional “human resource” activities, even if you do not consider yourself an HR practitioner
● Bonus if the experience is in an early stage technology company
● Austin, TX based. Due to the nature of the role, we're seeking individuals in the Greater Austin Area
