● Minimum 2-4 years working in a jack/jill-of-all-trades capacity with team members you did not manage directly
● Experience working on traditional “human resource” activities, even if you do not consider yourself an HR practitioner
● Bonus if the experience is in an early stage technology company
● Austin, TX based. Due to the nature of the role, we're seeking individuals in the Greater Austin Area
