ProsperOps, an AWS ISV Accelerate partner, is seeking an Alliance Director responsible for the growth, management, execution, and expansion of ProsperOps' business with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other critical partners. You will be responsible for expanding our go-to-market efforts and serve as the primary point of contact at ProsperOps. This role is for an individual with a strong track record of relationship-building and past success in driving strategic alliances with AWS. This role reports to the Head of Sales and starts as an individual contributor, but can grow to a team leadership role.

 

Responsibilities

  • A significant portion of this role will be dedicated to managing and expanding our partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Responsibilities include building strong relationships with AWS and channel partners, ProsperOps' Sales and Marketing, and leading campaigns focused on driving revenue and market penetration from midsize to large enterprise
  • Engage with AWS field sales and partner sales organizations to communicate ProsperOps' differentiation, capabilities, and value
  • Evangelize ProsperOps' vision for Autonomous Cost Optimization services throughout AWS and drive sales leads through AWS stakeholders
  • Lead and develop go-to-market strategies and activities including events, conferences, and campaigns
  • Cross-functional collaboration to effectively and efficiently execute the partner strategy based on the overall performance of ProsperOps' AWS Alliances function
  • Be the expert in ProsperOps' AWS sales messaging, motions, and alignment between our two organizations to accelerate adoption of ProsperOps' platform
  • Maintain a current listing of AWS ISM, ISR, PSM, and CAM/MPCAM personnel across multiple regions
  • Maximize AWS partner funding and related incentives

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in alliance, partner management, or related roles; must have direct experience with managing AWS partnerships
  • Existing relationships with the Global alliances prevalent in the US market
  • Thorough understanding of all AWS partner programs and processes
  • You are proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) including ACE portal
  • Proven experience in partner management within a software sales organization
  • Strong computation, writing, and communication skills
  • Startup mentality - you must demonstrate an ability to solve problems and create a playbook
  • Integrity, curiosity, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to travel as needed in support of US/Global collaboration
