ProsperOps is seeking a Technical Account Manager with deep FinOps expertise to ensure that our customers realize the full value of the ProsperOps platform. Your job duties will include explaining how our complex service works in simple terms to customers, maintaining key customer relationships, and working with customers on peripheral FinOps tasks - like helping them to demystify their AWS invoice or working with billing data. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess experience with AWS discount instruments. This role reports to the VP of Operations and Customer Experience and starts as an individual contributor (but can grow to a team leadership role).
