ProsperOps is seeking a campaign-minded Growth Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing programs. This role is critical in helping us distribute timely, targeted, and repeatable motions to keep prospects informed, engaged, and moving down-funnel. This role requires creativity, project management, and analysis skills — someone familiar with both inbound and outbound marketing, and program management. Our ideal candidates will have Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, and/or Performance Marketing experience at an early stage B2B SaaS startup, or with an agency that serves B2B SaaS clients preferably in CloudOps, IT or FinTech.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales and Marketing growth with campaign planning, management, and execution
- Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Persona development, marketing attribution, customer lifecycle management, and reporting
- Experiment with demand generation tactics across multiple channels and customer segments
- Ensure leads move efficiently through our funnel with tailored, timely, targeted communications
- Own and optimize outreach – messaging, templates, sequences, and overall system health
Requirements
- 5+ years of Growth, Demand Gen or Performance Marketing experience at a high-growth start-up or agency
- 2+ years of hands-on campaign focused B2B SaaS marketing experience a MUST
- CloudOps, AWS and/or FinTech domain knowledge highly preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and extract insights from sales and marketing campaign data
- Organized; good at prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent projects
- HubSpot , GA4 and SEMrush experience required; HubSpot and Google Analytics certifications preferred
