With incredible growth over the past year, ProsperOps is expanding our partner team and looking for an exceptional Partner Development Manager expanding business with our current and prospective partners.  As a Partner Development Manager, you'll drive partners’ growth by leading enablement and GTM activities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SaaS partner sales experience selling to and/or with cloud partners. This role reports to the Head of Partner Ecosystem. 


 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with Cloud Consultants, MSPs, Resellers, and Referral Partners to drive mutual success.
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their business goals and align them with ProsperOp’s objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the ProsperOps’ growth strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
  • Facilitate partner leads to ProsperOps sales team 
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Implement strategies to optimize partner performance and drive increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct enablement sessions for partners to ensure a deep understanding of ProsperOps products.
  • Keep partners informed about industry trends, market changes, and new product features.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful software partner sales in B2B SaaS and/or Cloud for a high growth company that was entering into the enterprise space
  • Demonstrate experience and success with working with different types of partners i.e. Resellers, MSPs, Distributors, Consultants ect… 
  • Experience in the Amazon Web Services and/or Cloud FinOps ecosystem is critical
  • Ability to interact, collaborate, and engage with technical decision makers
  • Manage CRM (Hubspot) with strong data hygiene 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
