Position Overview
ProsperOps is seeking a dynamic SDR Manager to lead our Sales Development team towards achieving unparalleled success in the cloud cost optimization market. This role focuses on harnessing the collective strengths and potential of our SDR team, guiding them through strategic direction, coaching, and innovative sales strategies. The SDR Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing lead generation programs that align with ProsperOps' growth objectives, driving our mission to redefine cloud cost management.

Responsibilities
- Lead the SDR team by focusing on strategic coaching and personal development to transform potential into excellence.
- Continuously manage, train, and mentor the team, setting clear goals and KPIs, ensuring they're always on the path to surpassing targets
- Craft and execute SDR team initiatives aligning with company goals and market opportunities
- Serve as the critical link between marketing, sales, and the SDR team, providing invaluable feedback on lead quality.
- Identify and leverage every piece of company collateral, ensuring the SDR team is equipped with the best tools and information for effective lead development.
- Keep the team informed of market trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities, leveraging insights to steer the SDR team towards engaging high-potential leads with tailored messaging and solutions.

- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, training, and motivating SDR teams, with a track record of leading teams to meet or exceed targets.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive strategies for lead generation and team development.

Requirements
- Experience in managing SDR teams in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Understanding of the cloud cost optimization market is a significant plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
